Updated @eGlance Commentary on arbitration is available

At the end of March the entire Commentary on the FPR 2010 which is a feature of the computer program @eGlance was revised and brought up to date by its contributors who include Peter Singer, Gavin Smith and Rhys Taylor. Thanks to their co-editors and to the publishers Class Legal the paragraphs dealing with the IFLA Arbitration Scheme are freely available here.
