Charlotte is a barrister, IFLA qualified arbitrator, and mediator with particular expertise in property and inheritance disputes, including trusts of land and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims.

Charlotte is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and of the editorial board of the Financial Remedies Journal. She is a contributing author of the Dictionary of TLATA and Inheritance Act Claims as well as Family Court Practice (the Red Book).

Charlotte sits as a Deputy District Judge in the Financial Remedies Court (authorised to hear complex cases), the Business and Property Courts and the Court of Protection.
