Tristan Harvey
Tristan is a very experienced dispute resolution specialist. As an arbitrator, he accepts nominations in both financial and children cases and has conducted a number of both, including both internal and external relocation cases.
Tristan regularly conducts Private FDRs and ENEs and he is accredited as a mediator by both the Family Mediation Council and the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
Tristan sits as a Deputy District Judge and holds a Complex Money Ticket and he is co-chair of Resolution’s Dispute Resolution Committee. He is often asked to speak at conferences about the non-court options and he is ranked as a leading Private FDR judge and arbitrator in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, where he is described as “razor-sharp on the law, empathetic and fair” and “one of the best barristers for private judging”.
