Hannah Markham
Hannah Markham KC is a leading family law silk and Joint Head of the Children Team at 36 Family. Called to the Bar in 1998 and appointed King’s Counsel in 2016, she specialises in complex public and private children law cases, including child protection, international relocation, domestic abuse, serious harm allegations and appellate advocacy. Hannah is currently a member of the IFLA Advisor Committee and part of the Arbitration Training Team for future Arbitrators. She is also a Children Arbitrator and Family Mediator. Renowned for her strategic insight and courtroom advocacy, Hannah has held senior leadership roles including Chair of the Family Law Bar Association and Chair of Women in Family Law.
